810H HD upgrade sits on SET UP

I switched out my factory 40gb HD for a new Weaknees Seagate 250gb on my Pioneer 810H. When I plugged it in, it started with POWERING UP (nothing on the TV screen) and now has been sitting in SETTING UP in the TIVO Screen (nothing still on the TV screen) for 3 hours. Where did I go wrong and what can I do to make this new HD work?

Never mind. It appears that the new HD works fine. For some reason, the "system" picked another input on the TV. I had "Cable", "DVD Recorder". and "Cable (STB)". I used CABLE for HD and premium channels, the DVD Recorder for all things TIVO. I never used the CABLE (STB) for anything. When I happened to flip in on, there was the TIVO set up waiting to go. Unknown why this happened, but it works.
