coping back up onto a CD

I want to give praise for such clear directions and for user friendly software. I successfully copied my 40 gig drive from my sd-40 dvr to a 200 gig drive using option 3 from Hinsdale. My question is can I burn the back up image to a cd rather then keep the original hard drive laying around.

Sure - put it on a CD. No problem.
