system restarts while booting from CD

hi,
I downloaded iso image and trying to boot from it. every time, I get boot prompt and press Enter key. After that, I see vmlinuz (or something like that) and system reboots itself. I tried to re-download and re-burn disk with another driver/burning software - same result.
