Series 3 652160 Upgrade possible?

Hi. I upgraded my Series 2 TIVO a few years ago using the tools/instructions from this site. I'm trying to upgrade my Series 3 652160 from a 160gb to a 1tb Drive now but don't see that model listed. All I see is the 648250 Series 3 TIVO.

I tried using the MFSTool to do so but I get an error saying that the drive may be locked.

Can anyone help me out here?

Our tools don't support that unit.
