I purchased an add-on 160GB drive for my SD40. I've installed the 2nd drive but when I power the unit on I get a continuous reboot. It will show "Powering On" and then "Almost There....", then it reboots back to "Powering On". I've checked all the connections to make sure they're secure. If I disconnect the 2nd drive and boot with just the original drive the unit powers up with no problems. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is a newly-discovered problem with that software version. See:
