R-10 Upgrade: 2 Harddrives inside

I just got my 380 hour replacement harddrive from weaknees, delivered after business thanks to UPS, and when I opened my TIVO I found two harddrives. Does anybody know how to change this out or if it's even possible. I had to buy the replacement harddrive due to a serious error on the TIVO which made it unable to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just replace both with one. Use the blue IDE end in the motherboard, and the black one in the new drive.

Been here a long time . . .
