This is my first TiVo upgrade. Just received and installed a 300 GB upgrade kit (Seagate drive) from WK for a what was originally a 40 hour box. The installation went smoothly with the enclosed instructions, however, once the box was powered back on it begins to power cycle from the "Welcome...powering up." screen which is half yellow/half black. I reinstalled the original Maxtor drive and everything works as it should. Did I get a bunk HD in this shipment, or are there steps that need to be followed that are not included in the paper instructions sent with kit. I noticed a different set of steps between the interactive guide and the instructions included in the kit. Thanks.
