I bought a tivo on ebay, but it did not have a hard drive in it (yes, I wanted it that way), so I was able to get an image for the model of tivo I have (gxcebot series 1). I can't figure out how to get the image from my box and mount it on the new hard drive. In hinsdale's guide, I only saw a way to do it with the original drive which I do not possess. If someone could point me in the right direction and/or tell me what it is I need to do to get the image on the 120GB I'm planning on putting in the tivo, it would be greatly appreciated.
