Problems witrh a screw will it still work okay?

I've just replaced the hard drive with yours I have a series 2 and I'm on step 6) I CANNOT for the life of me get the 2nd bracket screw wo go in. Can I leave it out or partially screwed in. The first one is on perfectly. Help ASAP would really be appreciated!

If the drive bracket doesn't move or vibrate, then you'll be fine with one screw.
