SWM Install Issue "SWM not detected"

I am trying to switch from a WB68 switch to a 8 channel SWM. I connected everything(SWM, Power Inserter, and SWM Splitter) but when I go through start up on my receiver I get an error that the SWM is not Detected. I have checked all connections and re wired but continue to get same error. Any help is appreciated.

I have installed 3 SWM LNB dishes and converted a standard slimline dish to a SWM 16, I think I know what I'm doing, if you still need help! So if you haven't already fixed it, maybe it's a bad SWM, or a bad PI! What receivers do you have, do they need a "Band Stop Filter", or a "DECA" dongle? Please reply back so I know how things went or are doing, wish you the best.
