  • SWM Install

I have just finished my install of swm with DECA last weekend and called Directv to have them activate Whole Home DVR. They informed me that I do not have the proper equipment. After doing some research I found that my LNB on the dish has four cables coming from it instead on one. Further research has concluded that my dish is not SWM capable. I currently have the four cables coming from the dish to the swm multiswitch, then one cable going out of swm1 to my pi-29, then out to a 1x8 splitter. My questions are can I just buy a swm capable lnb only and just bolt it to my existing dish or do I need the entire dish? Once I have the swm lnb, do I install a 1x4 splitter before the swm multiswitch? Do I need an additional pi? If not, do I need to move my pi in my setup or is it good where it is at? If so, where do I wire it in? Thanks for your help!
