I just upgraded my system with a SWM dish, 1x4 switch and installed a new HR24, got rid of my D11 and trying to keep the R16-300. HR24 is working fine but when I start up the R16, it can't find the sat on tuner 2 (system was upgraded from 2 wire 18"). I can't get to the satellite settings to change the setup to SWM, when I go to menu, sys setup, all I can get is the view signal strength screen. Any thoughts?

Do you have only one line running to the back of the R16, in the sat 1 input? -
reboot recvr & as soon as the screen comes up start pressing menu....continue pressing till it goes there........it might also need a software update ... you might let it set for a up to 15 mins or so ...might auto load new firmware... you might beable to force it ... using 02468 on remote at boot upOriginally posted by WK-Jeff View PostComment
