Receiver cannot find signal from SWM

I just installed a Slimline SWM5 single wire dish. We testing with a meeter I have good signal on the 101 and 119. When I hook up to the splitter and send signal to the receivers they read no signal and searching for signal.

Any thoughts??

If your power supply is after the splitter, it needs to be connected to the RED power passing port.
