  • Deca Adapter and internet

I have swm8, (2) hr24, (1) hr22 and (2) standard DTV dvrs. I have a deca router package for the internet. I have a single line connected to my HR22 using a Deca adapter, there ethernet is connected to the ethernet jack of the HR22. Question. Can I connect the ethernet port from the Deca Adapter to a Hub so I can utilize the internet connection to my Blue Ray, Wii and TV also?

You need a 1x2 SWM splitter, which you'd insert before the HR22. One side of the splitter goes to your DECA and out of the DECA (coax/ethernet) goes to the HR22. The second port of the splitter would be sent to a new DECA router package. Coax goes in (from the splitter) and then out of the Ethernet side of the DECA router package you send to the hub.
