All four cables from the 5LNB dish to the SWM8?

Is it necessary to run all 4 cables from the Dish to the SWM8?, if you are only conntecting 1 HR24? If I connect all four wires is there a particular order or does it not matter which Sat ports on the SMW8 from the dish?
