My setup:
LNB5 - 4 cable out from dish
International Dish 95 degree - 1 cable out from dish
HR23-700 HDDVR receiver

I follow the SWM8 installation diagram and connect the 4 cables from LNB5 to the 4 input port of SWM8 and the 95 degree line to the Flex port #1.

When I config the dish, there are options for:
Dish Type #12:Slimline5 & 95 (I can change switch type to SWM)
Dish Type #18:Slimline-5S (SWM)

Which one I should pick?

If I pick #12 with switch type change to SWM, I saw a table showing the installation status:
Odd 13V 95 - "Red Cross"
Odd 13V 99 - OK
Odd 13V 101 - OK
Odd 13V 103 - OK
Odd 13V 110 - "Grey out"
Odd 13V 119 - OK
Even 18V 95 - "Grey out"
Even 18V 99 - "Red Cross"
Even 18V 101 - "Red Cross"
Even 18V 103 - OK
Even 18V 110 - OK
Even 18V 119 - OK

If I pick #18, I saw a table showing the installation status:

What possible can go wrong here?
