I've been debating upgrading to SWM for a long time and have yet to pull the trigger. I would like to go with the LNB and get rid of the multi switch all together. However, I read on a different forum that the SWM LNB has issues with cold weather. Is this true and if it is, have they fixed it? I live in South Dakota and it gets quite cold here in the winter time so that would definitely be a deal breaker for me.

Thanks for the quick response. With my current setup it will be easy to tie in a PI in my basement. And I've done the research so I know that the PI won't be too far away from the dish. Long as there's no cold weather issues anymore it sounds like a great deal to me. Will really clean up the installation on my roof.
