Signal issues from one of the receivers.

Setup is SWM ODU with 8 way splitter. I have 3 HD-DVRs and 2 HD Receivers all which were powered up one by one. All together that is a total of 8 tuners. High signal on 101-96%, 99c-86%, 103c-86%.

I'm having issues with one of the DVRs not showing all channels reason being it's not receiving 13v on the 99. All the other rooms are receiving full signal. Why shouldn't this room be any different? Do I have to use any terminators for the open ports on the splitter?

you can put 75 ohm terminators but I wouldnt.. I would recomend that you go thru the sattelite set up again and see if this will help.. also reset receiver and force a software download .

Could that be a longer run? Have you tried swapping that receiver with one in another room to determine if it's the receiver or the cable run that's causing the problem?
