SWM-8 Load Cap

SWM-8 module can handle 8 tuners. Does it includes the 3 legacy outputs on the total number of tuners?

No, you can get 8 from the SWM ports and 3 from the legacy. Just remember that the legacy ports won't get any HD or any MPEG4.
