I hooked up a SWM-8 today and was having freezing issues on the screen. Now I noticed the light on the green light in the power supply is blinking. Is it supposed to blink? I know when I first plug it in it is solid green, as soon as I hook the cable to the power connection it starts flashing.

I don't think I have seen a blinking power supply before. I'd recommend you check all of your connections, and try connecting only one receiver at a time if you are using more than one. -
Thanks Jeff. I re-did all my connections and it's working now. I did a poor job stripping the cable the first time but went and bought the correct stripper and re-did the connections.

These units use a really wide band range, so they are a little sensitive to bad connectors or sub-standard cable.Been here a long time . . .Comment
