I have a customer that will be watching lets say bravo or listening to xm and them all of a sudden it will change the channel to another completely unrelated channel without actually changing the channel she will hit guide and it shows bravo but fx is whats playing is that a swm problem? because it is affecting 2 boxes that are standard recievers and not doing that on the hddvr

That is very strange. Have you tried removing all but one receiver to see whether anything changes? Have you tried powering everything down and then powering each receiver up one at a time? -
we have had this problem multiple times at our MDU setups, and most of the time it is a power issue, the DBm is hovering around like -55 or lower and it is causing the problemComment
