SWM freezes

We have deploy many SWM installation on apartments/condos. We are getting some strange behaviors. There will be several units that constantly locks up. And we will have to go to the individual closet and power cycle the SWM unit, then the receiver will come to life. A few days later it will do the same thing again. Am I missing something here? Does anyone have any ideas?

Our setup is 5LNB antenna -> PI-6S -> SA-6L - MST774 - SWM8 -> to the individual tuners.

Any help will be appreciated.

Are you getting green lights on the SA-6L at all times? Have you tried swapping the SWM and PI, just to rule out bad parts?

Also, have you tried removing the SA-6L or turning down the pots?

do you have a signal meter? i have had that prole come up a few times, and it has been related to the DBm being to high, like -30 coming into the rcvr it will cause some strange problems
