How do I do this?

I have one wire outlet in the room that I want to attach an HD DVR. What do I need to get in the room, along with the SWM-8. I am not good with wiring so I was going to have it installed.

If you have only one HD DVR in your house (an HR20, HR21 or HR22), then all you need is the SWM and Power inserter.
