I have been reading the forums and can figure out if a swm will work with this situation.

I have a HR-21 in the living room
I have a R10 direct tivo box in the bedroom

I have a slimline dish with three lines that run to the basement. Two lines run to th HR21 and one line runs to the R10. I cannot get another line up to the R10 (way to many walls to go though). Can I use the swm switch somehow to use both tuners on the R10? Can I put the swm switch upstairs in the bedroom and spilt it that way?

Any help would be great.
