power consumption

does anyone know the standby and operating power consumption (in watts) for the SA explorer 8300 hd and the weaknees 1 TB external expansion drive? i'm in the process of getting a UPS and need to know the total power consumption of the two units combined. thanks.

I really don't know, but I'm pretty sure a 400 VA UPS is sufficient for a half hour or more.
