Got the external drive. When we hooked it up, asked to format, selected yes. Rebooted next day, drive recognized and everything looked great. However, when we schedule a program to record, we'll only get 9 minutes, or 11 minutes. Never the complete program. We didn't realize it was doing this until we went to watch our favorite programs and WHAT???? Nothing was recorded in it's entirety. Recording before the external drive worked fine. Removing the drive, records the whole show. Hook the external drive back up, recording cut off. Hooked up a different drive, went through the same process and had the same result. What's going on here???

Major disappointment.
