Upgraded to the Scientific 8300 DVR with the HDMI/DVI for the best picture quality.
My other components are Apple TV and a PS3/Blu Ray palyer all with HDMI .
Unfortunatly my HDTV on has 2 HDMI ports so I had to use a add on HDMI switch or expander. I noticed that the picture is better than COmponent.
The DVT capability is incredible, it is easily the best gadget i have gotten.
