Replay 5500 won't phone connect

After an update, my 5500 now won't connect via my digital phone system to download anything. Replay tech support states now works only with analog phone systems. If so I now have an expensive door stop. Any ideas??

That unit should be able to use ethernet to connect.

Replay 5500

The ethernet connection worked great for downloading schedules, etc. Now does anybody know of an upgrade to improve the quality of the picture. Thanks for your help..
