Any Way to Hookup Series 3 HD Tivo to DirecTV?

I am interested in the standalone series 3 HD Tivo to replace my HR10-250. I know the series 3 box uses cable cards. I am wondering if there is any way of hooking this up in a DirecTV solution?

Seems to me that DirecTV would have an advantage if they offered a cablecard for DirecTV service .. Is that even Possible?

Agreed...we'd love to see the Series 3 work with Directv, but for now it's just not gonna happen.
