I Have One Of The R-15 Units That No Longer Works It Never Gets Past The Startup I Was Wondering If Its Worth Fixing I Never Realy Liked This Unit Anyway Or Is It Possible To Upgrade It To The Version Like The Sd-dvr40 Thank For Any Info Mike
If you have an R15 that isn't working, I would call DIRECTV and have them swap it for you. Depending on its age, it might be swapped for little or no charge.
You can't upgrade it to an SD-DVR40, but we do have those in stock if you want to purchase one.
