Hello,

I have an external HD (2 gig) that I bought a new WD drive to replace one of them that I thought might be having problems. The new drive is the same make and model as the existing ones. I opened the case, swapped out the drive and fired it up.

When it comes in, the lights blink a little bit, but then nothing.

There has to be a way to tell it to clone the good old drive to the new one.

I cannot find the owners manual anywhere on the site.

There is a switch on the back and a button, but I'm not sure what the setting are supposed to be.

Can anyone help me here? We are down for the moment.
