I have an HR22-100 that has been working flawlessly for years now. Within the last 2 months, I've had 3 shows record that freeze during playback (usually within the first 5 minutes).
I have a few questions with regards to this:
I'm really considering just finally calling it quits on the unit and going with a Genie solution. Does that make more sense?

- Am I correct I'm assuming that the hard drive is finally dying?
- If the hard drive is dying, is it easily (and cheaply) replaceable?
- If it is replaceable, is this a self-serviceable item?
