Directv Model with Low Speed Data Port

Hello, I have a perfectly working Series 2 Tivo that is controlled by a cable from the low speed data port on my old Sony Directv receiver. I need to replace the receiver as the tuner is going out. Can anyone suggest the best replacement Direct TV tuner? Will directv allow me to order a new card for a new receiver?

There is no current-model DIRECTV receiver with a serial port.
