  • HR20 Phone Connection seizes the line?

    One of my 500GB HR20s (card #0023 3071 4276) has a problem with the phone connection. With it connected to the phone line, phones on the line show another phone in use, and the sound is either no dial tone or a weak and ragged dial tone. Phone modem bad? If so, do you have the replacement modem? Thanks.

    We don't have replacement modems for that unit. Have you looked in the port to see if maybe the wires are crossed?
