Want to upgrade to a HD setup with DirectTv

Hi, I want to upgrade to a HD setup with DirectTv. I currently have a DirectTv/Tivo combo unit and like it a lot. I like having the 2 inputs as well.
Form what I see, a DirectTv/Tivo HD combo unit is not available yet.
So, what DirectTv HD unit do I need and what Tivo unit would go with it?
I would like to NOT have to connect to a phone line any longer either, I'd like it to hook into my home ethernet for updates and such.

There's really no way to do HD and DirecTV currently. Best current info is here:
