Power up problem

Power up problem

On my third tv set up, i have the Directv R10 and it does not get past the
"welcome, powering up" screen or it turns gray after 5 minutes. have tried to unplug for extended period.

Is this a power supply problem or hard drive issue??

That's almost definitely a hard drive problem. A "replace" kit for your model should fix the problem:
