    HR21 Pro front panel issue

    Hello

    Purchased a couple of HR 21 pros and finally got them activated today. Everything is working fine except on one of them there isn't any blue lights on the front and none of the buttons work on the front panel either. Its weird because its working just fine through the remote, just nothing on the front panel. I tried powering it down and back up again but that didn't help either....

    All other functions, recording, pausing, guide, etc. work also....

    Any ideas?

    I should add that when it was first powered up the panel worked fine.....

    Try holding down the top and bottom buttons on the circle at the same time for a few seconds.

      No, that didn't do anything either, I tried pushing the red reset button also, nothing....

        Been in contact with your company and looks like I'll be shipping it back to you. Still nothing this morning and did another hard reboot....

            Just another update, I had it off for about a day now and decided to try it one more time. The front panel did come alive for about 30 seconds into the bootup and then went off again.....

            Guess I'll still send it out tomorrow morning....
