Deleted programs

I have an HR20 with 1TB purchased from WeaKnees. The software was upgraded to 0x254 from 0x15c after the initial setup a week ago.
I've lost 4 or 5 programs that have been deleted by the system to "make room for another episode of the series (1005)". I have about 38 hours of programming and the box says 73% Available. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks.

Do you have your series link set to keep only a certain number of episodes?

There you go. I had double clicked the record button to do the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics, saw that it added lots of Olympics shows to the To Do list, but didn't know to look at the settings for the series. Didn't even think of it as a series.
