HR-20 Upgradeable?

HR-20 Upgradeable?

Am contemplating the switch from HR10-250 to HR-20. Will I be able to upgrade the HR-20 myself as I have done for the HR10? Found this thread that stated it wasn't possible, just wondering if the situation has changed. Thanks for your assistance.

We can do the HR20 upgrade or you can buy an upgraded HR20.

We don't have self-install kits as the installation is way too complex.

Been here a long time . . .

If I already own the drive I would have used, any chance I could have you guys use it and charge me for the labor/install, etc.? Thanks.
