OK, so no I have the 20. We all are having remote control issues. I have the white one and it is, well, it just plain stinks.(My mother would be upset if I used the word that accuratly describes my feelings.) I cant get the thing to even turn off the tv because it doesnt send along of signal to the tv. So, I guess that leaves the Harmony? Any one try it? Which model? Do you think Rupert reads these blogs so he can know how bad it is?
