I was very skeptical that I could perform a Hard Drive upgrade and fan switch on my own. The fan switch went smoothly. The upgraded hard drive would not boot the system, however weaKnees was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. I am very pleased with not only myself for accomplishing this, but for weaKnees and the service and products they have provided to me.
