help! in middle of HD relacement!

the old HD i just removed from my TCD 240080 has a metal cover on the bottom side of HD. new one from weaknees doesnt have this. i see the green board with all the components. do i go ahead and place into bracket like this? is this normal? i need an answer quick. i'm in the middle of this upgrade. someone out there help me with this? thank you so much.

are you swapping one drive for one drive? if so, you can just unscrew the old one and put the new one in it's place. for quick help during business hours, feel free to give us a ring:
