I have a series 2 240 tivo I upgraded it once, and not knowing you can not do it a second time I tried to upgrade it again. now my upgraded drive (the one that used to work) reboots as soon as the tivo just a few minutes more screen appears, is there any way to fix this. The drive I copied it to never gets past the welcome Powering up... also when I try to restore the original image to a drive it stops at welcome powering up. Any suggestions?
