We recently moved into a new apt and found a cable connection left by previous owner. Gave it a try and we do get a few (20 or so) channels..........Want to purchase Tivo and set it up but were wondering if in setting it up, or later, the Tivo 'folks' in some way inform the Cable provider we are using their feed........We do not watch much TV and were not planning to get cable but as it is "free" would like to be able to record sport programming...........Don't like to steal from anyone but as the cable was there would like to take advantage of it............Thanks in advance
