Power Loss

Took delivery of HDVR2 minus hard drive from WK today.

Installed my hard drive, made all connections and booted up.

While on the phone with directv and in process of getting old card mated to this unit, it hung up at the screen "wrong card inserted". I unplugged the unit for 20 seconds and now it will not power up. Fan comes on but green power light does not. Had to hang up with directv when I was soooo close to getting tivo back up and running after lightening strike.

Are you getting stuck on a particular screen (Welcome, powering up...) or no image whatsoever?

Black screen with white squiggles scrolling thru. I recived it just 2 hours ago.

OOF! That sucks. Can you send an email with your order ID and/or name to [email protected]? We may need to swap the chassis. Hang in there...I can tell you're not catching any breaks.
