Hi,
I have a tivo series 2, model TCD 140060. The problem I'm having is that there is no tivo screen at all. Also, on one of the led lights, the top half is green and the bottom half is orange, and on the second led light, the top is red and the bottom half is also orange. I tried using the control to change the led lights back to normal but nothing happens and the screen is nowhere to be found.
I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me in what this problem is, and how to fix it.
