As you may be able to tell from the title, my Toshiba SD-H400 is stuck on the so called Green Screen of Death. Due to this, the DVD portion is no longer functioning and I have a DVD in the tray. Are there any suggestions on how to get my DVD out? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can try rebooting the unit and holding the eject button down. Beyond that, with the power off you may be able to pull the door down and use a paperclip in the small pinhole if you can see it.
To fix the unit, a new drive should do the trick:
