30-second skip programming - gone and can't get back?

I used the Weaknees instructions that came with the Series 3 to program 30-second skip, and it worked like a charm for 2 days. Now it does not work and having tried to reprogram it 5 times I am guessing something changed - maybe on the last software update from Tivo.

Ideas?

Actually, nothing has changed. You just need to be sure you are entering the code while watching a recorded program.

I have a DirecTV Tivo with a WeakKnees bracket and 2nd drive installed. I used the 30 second skip for a short while and decided I like the beginning to end skip instead. The problem is, I bought a 2nd tivo that is programmed to the 30 sec skip and I want to change it to the beginning to end skip and have lost the instructions. Can someone provide the directions? Thanks.

The 30-sec skip code is a toggle. Just enter it again to disable it.
