Menu screens

Are the menu screens the same for all TiVos? I seem to remember a change when I upgraded to a Series 3 and it has different menu options for the SD display and the HD display. Are the new DVRs different?

Yup. They’re pretty different. New TiVos use TE4 (TiVo Experience 4) or Hydra, which does look pretty different.

I like it a lot. Some others don’t. Initially, it was a bit hard to get used to, but they’ve refined it.
