Any change in the rebooting since the OS update?
    Been here a long time . . .

Would you mind emailing us the TSN(s) of any rebooting unit, assuming you're still having the problem? We're working with TiVo and we believe they might have a software patch that has to be pushed down.

<just realized publicly posting TSNs is probably unwise, so look for my email, thanks>

As an FYI... 3 other TiVo users (over on TCF), aside from @TishTash, began experiencing these cyclical reboots, on Friday (9Mar), when connected to the Internet. All Roamio Pros, all expanded with large capacity hard drives (6TB, 8TB) and having a large number of recordings and high % utilization.

One user is still having reboot issues, even after being "updated" to RC29 (from RC30), so any tips on whom to contact at TiVo Re: this issue and perhaps getting a TSN included in any special fix for this problem would be most helpful.

ADDENDUM: Since then, the TiVos started rebooting again when connected to the Internet, once after a power outage, which was resolved in a similar fashion to the above, then again after a Service Update (& subsequent rollback), this time not resolving. Long story short, TiVo figured out that the Skip Commercials option was what was causing the issue; once that was disabled, all's been well (for now, that is). Boy, what a royal pain in the ass.
